My version of a classic road song with mistakes and all. Martin Sexton was a major inspiration vocally, musically and lyrically for me. The trials and tribulations of the jump too full time music and the road.

  • mate, please, PLEASE do a tutorial

  • @tintinmustdie Hey, be glad too, tell me what you need me to do.

  • great cover - was there some sort of reverb on the vocals?

  • Thanks, Yes we had three mics up and reverb was used on at least one if not all. Adara Blake did all the production work and filming.

  • Dude ... Sexton is one of my favorites - especially LIVE. I don't see/hear too many good covers ... this is awesome!

  • Wow, super cool support from you! Much appreciation, I just caught in Portland at the Alladin it was the best show I have seen in a while--last time I saw him was in 99 at a record store called Music Millenium when I first moved here--i will never let that much time pass between his shows again!

  • Congratulations on being a complete dick. You do no service to Sexton by flaming everyone who covers his songs. People like you die unhappy and alone. So, you know, good luck with that.

  • very good cover

  • Why doesn't anyone do it like it's written?

  • Thank you for a very lovely interpretation of this song. I believe you express it in a whole other light. It's much more gripping & full of emotion. Thank you for sharing with us. ~ Peace, Bren

  • you're an idiot.

  • Jeremy very nice take and cover of this tune. Go check out my version of "Over My Head".

  • Didnt have room... Good job Jeremy i think it is. I like the style of it.

  • Personally whoever this chaser guy is can go suck a dick. He is the guy in the plane who listens to the seat belt thing. And he probably is the guy who goes to a sexton show JUST because its a show and sits and talks the whole time rather than listening to music. And how dare you even begin to criticize this? This guy put himself out there and did a damn good rendition of an already beautiful song. I would LOVE to see anything you do that you would call better. Like JWB said.... GO LISTEN TO RAP!
