BAPS- Swaminaryan સ્વામિનારાયણ Mandir in Lilburn

They just sang the U.S. anthem and released the red,white and blue baloons. I missed that part. But I got the part where they sang the Indian Anthem and released the orange, white and green baloons. It was really cool. It was soo crowded and I waved at some news camera people and helicopters trying to get on TV, that was lame. I heard there were around 15,000 people there.

I dont know what world you are living in..but as far as I know there are more Churches and Masjids in USA and Middle East Countries than hindu temples in India...go ask them first. By the way..you many not be proud hindu or indian but not every indian is like you..I take pride on all hindu temples..and pls if you dont know anything about what temple people do..dont accuse them of collecting money or what not..cause I can tell you have never been to a temple otherwise you would not say this..

It is coz we have grown up seeing bells in the temple...its a mental block...

Well the mandir is built with so much devotion....and they are protecting it.....they are making an effort to keep the temple clean....

There is a Maryada in front of god....therefore the clothes have to b appropriate

Well if u think its a museum for you....then well be it a museum...but for others its a place of worship.....i hope u understand and not hurt peoples feeling and devotion...thanks

hey just because some priests like dr commander in atlanta mandir are corrupt doesn't generalize the statemnt...look at other mandirs...they don't force donations...its voluntary..I am proud to be hindu....if u pray from your heart u'll be moved closer to spirituality..if u are not then stop going to other entertainment places too where they make money...firm believers already know what fool u r and ur level of thought process.
