Why shoot to empty? Count down and with ONE left in the pipe, drop the mag and reload. Then shoot without racking the slide. Just KEEP THE MUZZLE pointed down range.

A lot easier doing one handed reloads using the slide stop lever rather than a modified power stroke. Just my opinion.

@youmustlearn Impossible to do in real combat, FBI did a study once and thats what they came to figure. Most people that shoot their gun in a life and death situation have trouble remembering how many rounds they fired when they fired multible times.

Good technique man at least you may have had some training and are practicing. Some people here have no clue of what they are talking about they have their opinons however, maybe if technique was explained it would be better and I am by no means saying you have to explain what you are doing. @187robocop It's a superior way to train, just like why you shouldn't use the slide stop for normal reloads. It works on almost all handguns, and furthermore, gives more movement for the slide, which means it's more likely to not have a malfunction.
