  • GREAT VIDEO! I agree! I'm getting married next year and just started planning, and haven't seen anything I'm looking for. PSB need more options ASAP!

I want a A-line strapless ivory dress with a corset on the back that has lots of sequence and high waist with a short train...HELP!!!!

  • Hello msucaligul , I see that you want sequence dress will this be white may I ask?If so thats different but let me advice you if you are busty on top it's to much. Go find the mataterial you want now and get some to sew a doll size of the grown you want. make sure design looks appealing against your skintone. i will give you some more tips will look up infor for you see what I can find for you.

  • I am getting married in about 12 days! I bought my gown from David's Bridal Not necessarily my DREAM gown. I agree there are not lot of style choices for PSB and Bridesmaids. There are style choices such as A-Line and Ballroom but what about those aspects that we wish to hide that an ALine or Ballroom wont hide. I LOVE for my arms to be covered completely--but if that were to happen, i would have to sacrifice style and look like I was getting married on Little House on the Prairie!

  • Well I know you will have an awesome wedding wish you the best in the world. Alot of times you have to get people who speacialize in making wedding growns to create you a beautiful grown. David briadals they had some nice growns but still need to step it up a notch.

  • yea most plus size gowns are very plain, that's why even though it won't be too difficult for me i still will be opting for a custom made gown, i will be wearing white well within my virgin rights :), i'm not sure about the design yet.

p.s. i luv the off the shoulder idea

  • Hello RenegadeQueen for your comment off shoulder or no sleeves is nice must feel confident showing off your arms.white is a traditional color but now people are adding a little color to the trails or bottom part

  • My choice, Old Hollywood, a short strapless sheath dress with chrug by David's Bridal.

  • My wedding dress was cute. I found a place called marys bridal and the dress was 800, I wanted a long train. I got fitted and everything but decided not to purchase the dress because I found a cheaper one from chine on ebay for 250. Everyone thought I was crazy. When it got here it was perfect. I just wish they had more local stores. WHo really wants to buy a dress and have it come and it is not what you expected. We should be able to try on dresses too.

  • white or cream...whichever makes yoru skin pop ...empire waist is a must. it draws the attention up. a small train. I would prefer sleeves too. Large women need structure.

  • Many of ALLURE Bridal Gowns are available in Plus Sizes.. Very Fashionable.. I got married in 2006 and LOVED my Gown.

  • I saw one all white with a satin brown tie around the bodice, it looked nice, i'm afraid to add color in my own dress
