My son, Maverick (2) went through a bone marrow transplant last year almost to the date and he is in remission now and hopefully stays that way! After hearing so many negetive stories about other's experiences, it made me very happy to watch your video. It was very touching, thank you for sharing! Remember you are not alone!! We are all in this together! God's git this!!

I played professional baseball against a real gentleman in the Twins organization who was in remission, Danny Thompson. One winter he passed on and I for the first time was faced with losing someone I had known and respected. A friend has a son, Grant, who will receive a transplant soon. When i think of the word courage and all the thoughts that come to mind about real courage, I think of the young boys and girls that each day light up our lives and smile in the face of real danger.Fight on!

I was in the room with all of you before the reunion began. I was chosen with Gavin to meet my donor. You did a great job on this doc. My husband and I are in the shot when Dr. Forman is speaking. One of the best days of my life !! Gavin is truly amazing

I was chosen along with Gavin as the 2 people to meet their donors at the annual City of Hope

transplant reunion. It was one of the most thrilling days of my life. Gavin is a very special boy and I am so proud that I got to share that incredible moment with him. My husband and I are in the video.
