awww...Sharna you lift me up with this video. I felt a little frustrated not getting this earth angle trick's flow right away this morning.......I absolutely cracked up with relief seeing your own process, which reminded me to be gentle to myself as well......much love girl!

Ahhhh this is the move I have been toying around with....that duck your head out and let the sucker roll around your shoulder. Not so much at an angle but still. Any tips for that cause I feel like the hoop loses momentum or flies off my shoulder...not to mention the numerous knocks to the head...:) Thanks for this one cause I am studying this for sure...

Holy Moley! That is so cool! I'm nowhere near attempting such feats without putting out the cat, taking down all pictures & windchimes, and putting on a helmet... but I'm gonna keep at it! Gracias.
