This workout targets the butt, hips and thighs to elongate and tone your muscles. Repeat this workout in three sets, 3 - 4 times a week, and you will have sexy, defined legs in no time! To add intensity, add ankle weights for increased resistance or integrate cardio in between exercises, such as jumping jacks, knee-tucks, butt-kicks, etc. If you have any questions or comments, feel free to leave them in the comments section below and don't forget to subscribe to my channel!

  • Hi hi! Have you tried - fast abs magic (do a google search)? Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my m8 got amazing Six pack abs and lost a ton of fat with it.

  • @glitterlip That's awesome! Cardio and weight/resistance training, and eating right is what it takes. Haha, yeah I'm kinda lazy in that there are certain things I won't give up to look how I want, and it always bites me in the butt later :( I'm glad to hear you're having success tho. It's very motivating!

  • @phix95 ive dropped 2 dress sizes in 6 months by eating healthily and leg raises.

    I don't think i could ever get to her size/look because im too lazy.

  • @glitterlip Shes' a bit too thin. I really don't think aiming for that is in your best interest. Genetics also plays a role. Just do your best to get to your ideal and healthy body weight and composition.

  • Great workout for toning! I hope you eat a bit more though. It would probably also help with any weigh-bearing exercise. But it's much easier to gain weight then to lose! Lucky you!

  • Why did you take off your microphone at 3:32 and then put it back on at 7:20? Could you keep it on the entire time?

  • The workout was very easy to learn which is great! :) I felt the burning during the exercises, but I didn't feel anything the day after though... :/
