Mark Pfeltz of Baltimore, Maryland and son of Norman and Lyse Pfeltz both of Baltimore, set the 1986 Guinness Book Of World Records for sit ups completing 45,005 in 58.5hrs Mark Pfeltz is a graduate of Kenwood Senior High School class of 1984

  • I didn't care to watch the video, but if he has no abdominals showing then it's clearly because his body has adapted and it doesn't work him out anymore. It takes no effort for him to do that, because he's reached his plateau. However, I guarantee..no show or not, there's a solid wall of stomach muscles underneath that skin. Plus high repetition builds endurance, not solid muscle. To get abs you have to weight train to push the muscle to the surface with size. :p Or genetics can play a factor.
