There is no secret to it.. those masks probably are sticky somehow and 0:39 u can clearly see if u repeat alot that he uses his arm that was hid in the cape to get mask and put it on face or rather throw it because if it was high speed camera it woulddve cought his insane speed. Thats skill nothing mystical:)

@modemwoody lol woody boy, do you know that there's a string connected to the mask? Look carefully (impossible here cause he's the fastest) and you'll see the masks being pulled down.
Not sure how they pull it down but I always noticed the whole mask "shrink" and goes into their shirt, obviously because of the strings.
