A review of my Honda CBF1000 06 model. A bit longer than I thought it would be and I still missed stuff out..Doh! For the record on the stuff I missed, mainly the gearbox and fuel consumption, the gearbox is one of the sweetest I've had. With regards to the Fuel tank, it's around 21 litres in size and does about 10 miles to the litre, so equates to around 45 mpg.

  • Great video, just bought a 2007., ABS model 10000miles in UK, I am from Slovenia!!!

  • @kawasakica Fantastic! Good to see there are more CBF1000 owners around. I had the ABS model too and loved it, but I had too many electrical problems with it so I reluctantly sold it to buy a new bike :(

Be warned though, the higher the mileage the more likely the alternator will fail!

Fingers crossed for yours though :-)

  • Hey i saw a cbf1000 for the first time today it was huge lol

  • @dominiclutwyche Fantastic! Hey! I hardly see any on the road now lol, so thanks for letting me know I'm not the only one around :-) Size wise, it's fairly large but not quite as big as a XJR 1300 or ZRX1200 which I'm grateful for because it means I'm able to at least get some sort of sporty handling out of it.

  • Very nice bike. Excellent video! :)

  • @extreme601 Thank you, I wish I'd scripted it a little better though, but that's me I guess, trying to do it on the fly lol.

  • appreciate the review.

  • Superb bike. I got a 2009 ABS and it is superb.

  • @elkfazer1 My Dad's got one, lovely bike, comfortable on the back and it is a fantastic long distance cruiser, Motorways are easily taken care of at any speed up to about 140...I'd have one myself, but, I'm only 17

  • I have the 08 model, its a really great allround bike!
