I think CARGO was discontinued at Sephora, so I think that everything still left on the website is on clearance. I'm sad that this series is over! At least you found a mascara that you liked!

the tarte mascara looks like a lipgloss container. it's really neat. all of the waterproof formulas that i tried are watery too. ; i have oily lids so maybe the eye base may work.
