    Surely this piece must have been among the "greatest hits" of the XIV. century, and still today the many versions and interpretations prove it to be a very popular religious song.

    I never heard it sung (and played) live till I visited the 2009 Ibiza Fiesta Medieval . There it was performed - among other Libre Vermell

    classics by members of EIVISSA CONSORT
