Gov. Andrew M. Cuomo is on a mission: to take his message to residents all over the state. On Jan. 14, he made a stop at Watertown's Jefferson Community College where he updated local lawmakers, residents and students on the state of New York state. From over-spending on education and Medicaid to ethics reform and governmental transparency, the governor laid out his plans to reform state government.

  • Do the 62 New York Mayors (62 cities) report to Governor Andrew M. Cuomo every 6 months to let him know whats going on in their city?? And does Governor Andrew Cuomo report to the 2 Senators in that State to let them know whats going on. Do the 100 Senators (2 in each state) report accurately what goes on in their state?
