Sorry to say dad was wrong, and has to live with his actions forever. He is now dead, the other guy is sitting in jail, and the store owned continues his daily routine without charge, just as it should be. You know what you need to do? If you watch the CCTV footage of what actually happened the dad attacks them with a shovel. They both appear to leave but then the son kicks the door open and start beating the guy. He got what he deserved
