Dirty Dumpster Diver Part 1

This is someone who lived at my previous apartment complex. Every day he would come home and forage through the dumpster to see if anyone had thrown out recyclables or other gems. I guess that was a good thing but I found it hilarious. He would move the dumpster and bin around so it was in the "right" position. My apartment overlooked the back gardens as well as the dumpster so I thought I'd get him in action. I hope you enjoy my 3-part series called "Dirty Dumpster Diver."
