i don't want to be a hater but i just didn't like how he took a lovely jazz staple and converted it to hard rock and funk =P

Great rendition of Spain! Music is about expression. I like Brad's expression. Nothing wrong with chops and technique as long it is done with taste. I like the clip. Well done Brad. Keep up the good work.

i really don't state much until people started insulting me; im just defending my tastes with simple logic, not being a music authority..

also the synthesis of music isn't always as easy as 1+2. jazz fusion contains rock and other inspirations but you're missing the point when you seem to be dismissing the jazz base to prove me "wrong"

i care not about the achievements you're showing off... just about you getting off my leg... lol

@ragglefraggle09 i'm closed-minded? listen to yourself lol.......and what is fusion? please educate me Mr. know-it-all this should be good....fusion means to fuse different styles together I've been playing music for over 20 years and am very well educated and I don't know where you got the idea that i'm egoistical for sticking up for someone else's music because you're the one coming off egotistical thinking you're the leading authority of jazz genre

it's about swing.. feel.. space... the changes... truly original statements... trust me, tapping triads and hitting random notes in a scale is different from exerting tasteful tensions yet still hitting every chord on the spot...

the guy here's great.. just not a fan anymore of 2-handed tapped standard arpeggios (doesnt rlly put any tension on the chord), and simple funk octave slaps. it sounds fine; im just not a fan of it so i stated my opinion.. just to be harassed.. lol

is your comment actually serious? lol... do you really think that way about jazz & fusion? i used to think that too.. when i was 16; i urge you to listen to more music, my friend... you need to get a better grasp of the topic before you insult somebody!

it's important to tell the difference from attacks and constructive criticism instead of being close-minded and egotistic about your own abilities

@ragglefraggle09 hmmm thats a funny comment...because if you knew anything about Chick Corea you would know he plays fusion jazz which incorporates rock and funk with jazz...so stop talking about shit you don't know and just enjoy the music
