Is it ok that magic wand tool for the selection of any area of the drawing and paint bucket tools with different selected colors?

"Possible fringing can be removed by using filter/other/minimum"
Of course this all can be avoided by adjusting "tolerance"
-
Strange way of doing this, also very time-consuming. As far as I can tell... many of the areas are bordered by a continous line, in that case it's much easier to simply use the fill tool on a new layer, select "use all layers", set tolerance to 0 and anti-alias on, and fill each particular area, each time on a new layer. Possible fringing can be removed by using filter/other/minimum
No need to remove the white or to use a brush, unless you have an area that is not totally bordered by a line
