its a game of trends that corporations are cashing in on...lil wayne wont be on top forever, just like 50 cent isnt big anymore..
its all about promotion...the music itself has nothing to do with why it is popular, just the marketing..
but after lil wayne there will be another "best rapper in the world" and so on...it sucks really... its the same thing with metal (the main genre i listen to)
