This idea sounds innovative and engaging. Thanks for your orginizational work. I look forward to taking part in this conversation. Another aspect to emphasize in this dialogue is folk theology. In other words, it might be interesting for the formal theologians (PhDs) to ask questions and seek the wisdom from lay theologians (non-PhDs). Maybe the deans of seminaries could meet with leaders of rural churches. In any case, it will be interesting to see how this conversation transforms us all.
