wasn't it scarey letting your parrot fly outside like the first time, i would be worried about losing mine if it did fly away.. how do you know when you are ready to do that?

No, there is no worries on make them fly out side if they are properly trained. As you can see on my video they had lots of training indoor. And the right time to bring them outside is when the are good fliers indoor!!
