I think if Verzbicas ran it, he would have blown the field away because he ran a 14:58 last year, but he pretty much walked the last quarter mile and still won by quit a bit

First of all, I'm glad Africans are spaming our high school XC races now... go race in ure own country!!! Also, this dumb Wench shouldn't be commentating this race. She said CJ Albertson "looked like a strong runner" and would pull away on the first hill, in which he Immediately got hawked down... Women just shouldn't commentate men's events. they don't know the competitive nature of men, therefore can't comment on it!

Also, Verzbicas would have made this race amazing. A near 3-way tie would make for such a dramatic finish.

Okay, this woman clearly has no clue what she's talking about. First, she says that Verzbicas went out really hard last year, like Finn did in the girls' race. Verzbicas didn't take the lead at all until the 2nd mile last year. Then she says that making a move never hurts, like it didn't hurt Finn in the girls' race. It did. Finn lost, and the guy she was talking about, CJ Albertson, got 36th. Clearly, it did hurt.
