I think this is probably the first time there has been a public performance on Twenty handbells. The method was devised by Philip Earis and was rung during the wedding of Philip Saddleton and Anthea Edwards on 8th August 2009 at Northfield.

  • What superb ringing

  • This is totally awesome and humbling, as a ringer who barely manages on 10 bells. Can someone post the names of the ringers? They deserve to be known. Very very lovely

  • 10 minutes fairly ropey practice beforehand, actually! I don't think you listen to your place as much as feel it.

  • Totally amazing, ethereal and for someone who is aquainted with ringing on 10 and 12 bells, staggering to even start to think how you would listen for your place/ position within the change. There must have been considerable amounts of practice.
