I feel good! My attitude is sky high along w/ energy. I think the Vloging is keeping me motivated. Check out my salad weight gain story.
Diet
2 Qts Water
B12 supplement
3 mixed greens w/ tomato salads
2 slices of watermelon
2 bananas w/ almond butter, cacao nibs, agave, sea salt, crushed walnuts

Workout: 60 minutes power yoga, & finished painting my kitchen!
