I got my dreamcast for 20 bucks and it came with 2 controllers, 2 light guns and the games house of dead 2, sonic adventures, power stone and crazy taxi. I bought it a swapmeet and it works and looks like new.

yeah,the screeching "cha-unnnnggghhh" or "skkinnttcch" noise is normal. it means its loading. No noise is usually a bad sign.
BTW,get Jet Grind Radio,Dead or alive 2,Shenmue,Marvel vs. Capcom 2 & Samba de amigo. really great games. & I recommend getting at least 2 or 3 VMU's. w/ only 200 blocks,the 41 not unlocked,is not alot.
