She said her mom was adopted into a hmong family. You people do realize that a lot of hmong couples who couldn't have kids adopt them. Those adopted kids are usually Thai, Laotion, etc, it's very rare for hmong couples to adopt hmong children unless they're related somehow. I highly doubt she or her mom speaks the Thai language. She can speak hmong because both her parents speak hmong.
