o've seen all them and i play the album frequently there is not that much you would have to use double kick for, depends how fast your single kicks are, i'll try and find the video where he said it

Panic attack and Octavarium 100% use double kicks. The rest I'm not sure but i know most of his faster fills use double bass coordination drills
