Also some DVD-A contain both surround audio and stereo audio, how to make the selection without a monitor?

@linkfox99 The "Audio" button on the remote toggles between the stereo and m/c tracks in all the DVD-As I've encountered.

For DVD-A discs containing multiple Play List or Track List, which list should be chosen to start playback?

@linkfox99 The DVD-As I've encountered default to Group 1, Track 1, which is usually the multichannel track.
