Paul Maynard MP for Blackpool North and Celeveys questions Secretary of State for Education, Michael Gove on the end of BSF - building schools for the future project and the new schemes put in place.

With an overhaul of all capital investment in schools, colleges, academies and sixth forms with a more effective focus on improvements and long term succes, the Department of Education will first run sample projects.

Working with both sponsors and government investment, the Conservatives hope to reduce building costs, get money in the hands of locals faster and help the schools which need it the most without the red tape.

Paul recognises that the private sector can greatly help in improving value for money when it comes to building and maintaining schools and so questions the minister on criteria needed to join the sample-projects so he can start bringing fast, effective improvements to Cleveleys and Blackpool schools and education facilities.
