I love how originally Naruto was fighting for glory and recognition.

Now pretty much all he is fighting for is *SPOILERS* to save Uchiha Sasuke.

I know he's still got the drive for Hokage, just that its been not prioritized as much.

Actually, all the time he's been training to be on par with Sasuke, he' pretty much training himself to be closer on par to what a Hokage should be like anyway.

@CaptainHalodude no, but the point is that naruto feels that a hokage should be strong enough to get a friend back. what is a hokage, when some so simple (promising sakura he would bring sasuke back) cant be fufilled?

@CaptainHalodude That and it feels like all the fights in shippuden are hax or deus ex machina and if you have sharingan then you're given godly powers.
