Great tutorial. However my only drawback would be that it's mostly fine motor skills, and average people who do not have the luxury of time to train repetitively may not be able to execute this effectively and in it's entirety. If they are under intense stress, or if they can't or are having trouble seeing (i.e. darkness), it may add to the difficulty.

I'm not discrediting this, by no means, just giving some constructive-criticism for people to think about when they train.

@SpearHeadTheAssault I don't think visibility is an issue, but I definately agree that a technique with as many layers as this one would be more effective if practiced repeatedly with a partner. especially the sweep. It takes a little practice to learn how to break someones base. But, having your eyeballs mashed can make you retreat wich helps with that here. ...
