I'm not sure why you received bad marks for this comment. Your question is valid in my opinion. I live in Texas, and I love wilderness survival skills and primitive techniques...but finding places where you can legally practice these skills are difficult to find unless you own the land.
There are plenty of Americans/Canadians doing it from angles other than survival, look up site like Paleoplanet, Primitive Archer, and Bill's Bushcraft, for example, they have a lot to offer and learn from. Enjoy your bushcraft Chris.
Can anyone out there let me know what the point is of spending possibly hundreds of pounds to bush craft and survival schools when there is nowhere available in the U.K (that Im aware of anyway!) Where one can practise what skills they have learned in particular foraging for food, cooking small mammals, Wood pigeon etcetera ?
Fantastic stuff....but the fact that this is on you tube, means that we've got things COMPLETELY WRONG!!!!! To get this far into the technological era, then post this....SHAME on all of us!!!! We've overbred for at least a generation....and now we have to reap the Whirlwind....
Love your videos, really would like to try it myself. The intro song is Now stuck in my head.
