Last at bat for his Cooperstown career ended with a monster home run!

Good shot at Cooperstown Dreams park in the summer of 2009 at age 12. His mother, Barbara left the field before he came up to bat and went out into the field beyond the centerfield fence to retrieve the baseball and you will see AJ waive his hand after touching home plate toward the outfield.
He was waiving to Barbara and this is a great story.
A great family moment and treasure!

They were the best team on that day, and it was tournament pool play.

@TH1515MYCH4NN3L Them's fightin' words. You've obviously either never played baseball, or never been a home run hitter. When you hit a bomb, you know it right off the bat. If you're positive, why not add a little style? If I were him on a shot like that I would've flipped the bat and probably cart wheeled down the first base line. Just sayin'.
