@andrescardo This is my best guess.. The 'song' over which the effect is applied is a short loop. The effect is the T3 Delay in advanced mode. Open D/W a bit, filter at 50, FeedB to around 70, hit the FR.R (free rate) button and start playing around with the 'Rate' know. Try it at home first because you can very easily make a huge mess with it ;)
