Here is the audio transcript for this video:
Welcome to MyBinding video. This is a look at the Dahle 10560, a high speed letter folder. Standard and custom folding is easily done with the 10560. A reference sheet is provided with the most common folds. The measuring tools are both US and metric and for the quick settings on the chart, simply follow the letters. When adjusting and making a new set, be sure to unlock both wheels and tighten both wheels down. Holding from the bottom sometimes can help steady that arm as you crank it down. For each adjustment, you'll need to check to make sure both trays, the front and the back, are adjusted to the right size. Place everything in, snap it into place, and you're ready to go. Be sure to check out our how to video for assembly and understanding the folding trays. The on/off button is simply up or down, automatic or manual, respectively. Before starting a project, pull out the basket to the size that you need. Flip the switch to manual mode and through the top there's a bypass tray that can handle up to three sheets of 20lb paper per pass. In automatic mode where it can handle 50 sheets, simply place them in the paper tray, turn it to auto, and away it goes. Once you get the settings right, you'll find that numerous standard and custom folds can be done on this machine. Should you have a paper jam, on the side of the machine is a small opening. Provided is a round tool that you slide into the opening and forward or reverse the rollers to help remove that jam. Do so carefully, slowly, with the machine in the off position. Never operate the machine with the wheel in place. There it is, the Dahle 10560, a high speed paper folder.
