fairly repeatable; pasta sheet was about 3 mm thick. the 2nd test from TPA cycle always ended up lower, so I am thinking that the base effect is not significant to the degree of cancelling out the pasta response.

how repeatable is the data? what is the thickness of the pasta sheet? 1mm penetration seems large compared to sheet thickness. any chance of base effect?
