Mountain Unicycling 11/11/09

53 year old Terry "UniGeezer" Peterson rides his mountain uni at newly reopened Sullivan Canyon in the S.Monica mountains. Entire trail bulldozed, but still a fun 9 mile rounder with 1,200 feet of elevation changes, with beautiful views and thousands of trees. Still some fun drops and lines intact.

I have those too, but I wanted to get a pair of these which have the same soles and higher on the inner side for ankle protection. Pretty much the same fit, plus, the high impacts I liked are were discontinued. I also like the lace covers on the Karvers.

I'm also sure that if it was any kind of hazard, they would have at least put up "stay off" signs, or covered it up. I didn't ask them, but I don't think it's a gas line.
