I think that one of the reasons they're having trouble finding places for the Gitmo gang is some will be tried civily, some militarily, and everyone misses the obvious-Release them in the general pop of ANY prison, and they won't last AN HOUR! yet it's illegal to keep prisoners in solitary forever. But a special built prison will be called fascist or Gitmo part Deux. Duh! Not a single newscaster has dared to say this, or (I shudder) thought of this.
