Khotyn. Medieval Fortress

Khotyn (Ukrainian: Хотин; Polish: Chocim; Romanian: Hotin; Turkish: Khotin) is a city in the Chernivtsi Oblast of Ukraine. The city is located on the southern bank of the Dniester River, 56 kilometers to the north east of Chernivtsi, and is part of the historical region Bessarabia.

Important architectural landmarks within the city include the Khotyn Fortress (13-19 centuries), and two 15th century constructions: the palace of governor of fortress and the city's clock tower.

I will not argue with you due to my lack of knowledge in ukrainian history. Maybe you are right. But one thing i know for sure. The Hotin fortress was initially build by the moldavian prince Alexander the Good. And this is a fact.

nice Romania !! profecy : Ukraine will colapse like this : Crimeea will become independent, because it is already autonomus , and the Eastern part of Ukraine will be Novorossiya, 10 milion russians live in Ukraine , and the number is even bigger! Russia will anexate the Estern and south art of Ukraine !! and than Bucovina , and the rutenians wich want autonomy will be free !! Not mentioning that Herta County from Bukovina was never in any other possession but Romanians, Not Kievan Rus, nor Halic, etc; USSR took it in 1940, Romanians were in 1940 as of 95%.
