Here's the lyrics:

It all started with some arts and crafts in 1992 / I was making little birdhouses with glitter, sticks, and glue.
I got so freaking hungry that my stomach starts to shake / I looked in the refrigerator for something to make.
But to my surprise there just wasn't any food / but I got a bright idea and a brand new attitude.
Just because I'm getting hungry doesn't mean I'm getting mad / I decided to make a meal with all the art supplies I had.

Now I eat my art, eat my art.
I know not everything tastes the way it should, but you've never seen a plate of food look so good.

I made some meatballs out of cotton and spaghetti out of yarn / I used some shredded paper for the zesty parmesan.
Take some Butcher paper, Lanyards, and a Tube of Tempra paint, pretty soon you got a BLT with glue for mayonnaise.
Origami sushi and then later for desert / I took my set of finger paints and made a rainbow sherbert.
People gather 'round and tell me I'll get sick from what I eat / but I know they're just jealous because they can't make arts and crafts food like me.

They say why do you eat your art, eat your art.
I know it's kinda weird, but I think I'll be okay / But could somebody please tell me why my stomach feels this way?

I woke up in the hospital, doctor standing by my bed / He said look at all the things you ate you must be crazy in the head.
I felt so sick and queasy and my skin was turning gray / I went into the bathroom and I puked paper mache.
Let this be a lesson to artistic little kids / Arts and crafts looks better on the door of your fridge.
Don't eat arts and crafts, don't even put them in your mouth / Because the second that you taste them, that's when things start going south.

Please don't eat your art, eat your art.
I'll get fired if you eat your art.
I wasn't even that good of an artist anyway.
