Funny thing - most of us who did it on our own lost more weight in 30 days doing the hcg protocol on our own vs.what they did in over 2 months through a doctor supervised program.

Amazing what someone can do with a print copy and some money changing hands.

The locals probably thought it was actually news instead of a commercial for a high priced hcg clinic.. it's a shame.

  • I'm going back on the HCG diet. I lost 25 pounds on the diet. I'm 132 but want to get down to 120-115 and I'm a short girl so I need to be little for my height and I know I'll be comfortable around there. On the first 2 days you gorge, do I need to do that? I feel like skipping the gorge part.

  • @TNRLovesToDance It's best to do the load days, you can make them higher fat lower carb to keep from gaining too much. Simeons said it was to make sure normal fat stores were filled to capacity, another practitioner suggested the load days are what unlock a current set point & allow for a new lower one. (can't find any science that proves or disproves those statements, but many who skip loading or load light seem to have more hunger issues) Good luck.

  • We can all lose weight if we only ate 500 - 800 calories a day... for free. This seems expensive and doesn't give people the tools to maintain weightloss after the money is spent.

  • @PokeYerEyeOut In case you've missed it - most of us on YouTube are doing it without the clinics because they're unethically pricing their packages, you can get everything you need for around $100, okay from your family doc and whoa Nellie!

If you read Pounds & Inches - it does give you tools, specifically a protein day any time you gain 2 lbs. if you listen to most people doing protocol, not only do they change eating habits, in part due to a los of certain cravings.

  • @PokeYerEyeOut For $100 for supplies & the price of a co-pay or doctor visit - near everyone 30 lbs or more overweight lose 10% total mass in 30 days - compare that to any tv diet commercial, would take 4 times as long and cost over $1000 for the same loss. And their prepackaged meals don't teach much either.

Factually - you are correct. IF you can stay on a 500-800 al diet without hCG you will lose similar weight. Debates continue if hCG makes the diet more managable

  • Hilarious. thanks for posting this. anyone have any info on side effects or possible problems with this hormone for men? thanks

  • No problem. I have protocol side effects listed in the "butcher's bill" video - as far as men in general - many places are dosing men at 250 IU QOD to promote natural testosterone production.

  • There are always nay sayers -- but those of us who have done it ON OUR OWN have had great success. Folks will always find an excuse not to get healthy - too bad for them. Those of us who want to be healthy & stay healthy take action. Thanks for being here!

  • TWELVE Weeks, 26lbs. $1,300.00!? Oh, buddy!! I'd sure be pissed if that were me that paid all that money and only lost 26lbs!

The rest of what's on my mind isn't fit to print :)

  • yeah i figured this was the case, because i am in Jamaica, i checked it out and if i do this with the "hcg centers" i would be paying anywhere from $40,000-$100,000 JMD that would be approximately $600-$1500 USD. i found out if i did it on my own i could spend about 7000-8000 Jamaican Dollars which is way cheaper

  • @rollforever34 there is for a hot minute then you tighten up over time. i have talked to people that were 5 sizes smaller after the protocol only to find they go 3 sizes down without looseing as they tighten up!! its worth the effort to get healthy the saggage isnt there for long! i know im in round 4 and my size after the last round went down 2 sizes while in maintanance!!

  • @PokeYerEyeOut Acually if we ate only 500 calories without the HCG we would lose weight but we would also lose muscle mass, and feel very sick. However, with HCG it puts protein in your muscles and speeds up your metabolism without the harmful effects because HCG has about 1200 or more per dosing.

  • @sassyesta i was on the diet and lost 26lbs in 3 weeks BUT i quit it bc i started cheating on it lol. gained 10lbs back but have stayed 17lbs lighter. i will do anotehr round on thanksgiving and stick to it. so, yeah, it does work for SURE! =)

  • @PokeYerEyeOut well hcg also helps you not feel hungry lmao so ur not tempted to eat fatty fast foods but i still agree with your comment :)

  • @PokeYerEyeOut You will lose weight eating 500 calories a day but your body will be using the muscle and bone for energy and the fat will be the last to go without taking hcg. Hcg will tell the body to eat the stored abnormal fat not the muscle and bone.

  • Seems is true...my friends are taking this drops for over 2 months...one lost 40 Lbs so far and the 2nd 10 Lbs in 3 weeks.

  • @PokeYerEyeOut Not true for me. I was 205 lbs. for 2 years following my hypothyroidism diagnosis. My normal diet had been mostly grilled meats/steamed veggies. The weight never came off when my T3/T4 levels were regulated. I starved myself on an average of 289 calories a day JUST TO MAINTAIN!! Then I did 4 rounds of HCG lost 65lbs. I'm finished with maintainence-- I can lead a normal life again! I can eat 2000 calories and NOT gain!! My husband's a fitness nut & was also skeptical- NOT NOW!
