A ramp agent wing walks a US Airways Express Embraer 170 as it pulls into its gate at Kansas City International Airport after arrival from Washington D.C. Regan Airport. The plane in the background you see right before the Embraer pulls in is a US Airways Airbus 319 in the colors of Piedmont Airlines, an airline that was purchased by the USAir Group in 1987. Sorry about the background conversation. Just ignore it. Please comment, rate, and subscribe. More aviation videos are coming soon.

  • @DeadTallyNo9 Yep totally, you a former ramper?

  • republic taxiing in like they own the place, as usual

  • @laxsyr It seems as if you have somethings against Republic, lol

  • Where's the Marshall's SAFETY VEST?

  • Good question, the ramp agent was actually on is way out to dump some trash when this plane was arriving, but they needed an extra wing walker, so he had to hop out of the truck immediately and wing walk the plane.

  • Do you know what kind of engines the 175s have?

  • yes that is true but the actual name for the 175 is the 170-200 so technically you're both correct

  • Wow, very interesting, thank you.

  • as far as US Airways Express-operated 170's and 175's go.... the 170's are all in the old pre-merger US livery plus I believe 2 Star Alliance Logo schemes. Those are registration numbers N801MA thru N826MD (some of them are currently operating as Midwest Connect though). The 175's were all delivered in the new post-merger livery and have registration numbers N101HQ thru N138HQ
