So many actors support the strike that they had to cancel the Golden Globes. Why? Because the actors are supporting their fellow workers in a fight for fair pay. What is selfish or unreasonable about that? This country would be a lot better off if everyone who was getting shat on stood up refused to take it anymore.
By the way, improving the contract might be a good temporary solution, but it won't fix the ultimate problem. You want better working conditions? Dump the bosses off your back. That goes for all workers.
