Are we headed for a crash similar to the Great Depression? Or are we headed for the beginning of one of the biggest bull markets ever like we had from 1983 to 2007? Here are the patterns that show where we may be heading, and the global and domestic issues that stand in our way.

  • Since September 2010, it looks like we popped out the top of the Shoulders-Head-Shoulders pattern.... What does the author think now?

  • Great video! I'm buying myself some diamonds with the money I have. If I can't buy me me some oil, I'll get me some women, who can then wash me. I'll need some Head and Shoulders too! Dandruff, you know. People get dandruff! Specially when there is a financial crash. Good chart! Learnt a lot! God Bless America! South and Central America.

  • @kobedarott Look at the news again :P Iran and India trading outside of the US dollar, Iran is leader of OPEC. Might start to change OPEC out of the dollar. Should be interesting.

  • Dec 2010 the feds were audited and we the people owe over 20 trillion that is over 100,000 per person man woman and child to the federal reserve each. This is impossible to pay back. The United States is going to financially collapse. Look at China news; China and Russia are getting out of the dollar. 2+2=4

  • it is real obvious that this will be 1000 times worse than the great depression, just look at what is happening all over the world and realize America is Revelations 18

  • Great video! Captured all possible factors. Surprised the view count is so low.

Can you provide a followup now (Dec 2010) that we broke above the head and shoulder top? Can we follow the 1974 pattern now and what is the top before a serious correction can happen?

If w follow the 1970s approch, then gold and silver should must better than the S&P index. Also, points to note that in 1970s, the S&P500 P/E were much lower than the current value and that allow the market to go up.

    thanks

  • Thanks Prophet ! Enjoyed the explanation. Analysis gloomy . why lie about it? The writing is there. Where is any positive US economic data that will push us sideways or upward? Inflation?. October is alway scarry more than just trick or treat.
