btw the world tallest building is Burj Dubai and they are building alburj which is 1000m high compared to 800m burj dubai so i diont see any of what ur saying except oil prices and DUBAI is not going bankrupt since the central goverment is helping it coupe with the financial crises, this happened in 1990 gulf war and was far even worse and they came back even stronger.
