This is not me showing off- I'd like some constructive pointers on form as I felt that at 80kg it all started to unravel and the third rep felt unsteady, as if I was leaning forward and doing half the work with my arms. I think the answer may well be to maintain "progressive poundage with good form" instead of jumping ahead of myself.
