The best diet is universally acknowledged to be the Mediterranean diet. The mediterranean diet means: Italian cuisine.
Nowdays the enological and dining scene are changing and both Italian and Franch must be very carefully to preserve their traditions, specialities and quality. For me the problem isn't "who is the best" because French and Italian are "brothers" but is:How can we maintain our culture and identity in this globalized world?
