@RaP4LiFe001 Hi, you laptop comes with Acer Crystal Eye webcam, try searching eye webcam or looking in the program menu for the program name

please help me! i have the same laptop and webcam as you. the arcsoft web companion 3 and its not clear. when i take photos or make videos i cant because the clarity of it all, is soo horriible. please help me!

@tclove100 this might seem like a crazy answer, but sometimes these laptops have little pieces of plastic over the lens to protect it, this might be causing your blurriness
