Under the U.S.-Iraqi security agreement, the U.S. army closed Camp Bucca in Basra Province, southern Iraq on Wednesday (September 16). The camp, which served as a prison for Iraqi detainees, has become infamous for the harsh treatment of detainees
Bull crap. detainees got treated better than prisoners in the US. The only thing it was infamous for was the fact that it was the biggest terrorist training ground in the world and the largest prison at one time. As for human rights violations apparently handcuffing behind the back is inhuman according to the red cross. I was there 08-09 when it closed and i've never seen iraqis have it so good.
Why you people from US go to other countries? Why don't you stay in your own country? You go both to fight and to take advantage of other people. SO yes, i believe what that i' ve just watched.
Bull SHit. I was there 05-06 and there was family visitation almost every weekday. The days no familys showed up to visit we were attacked. We never rape/behead/burn and parade bodies/stone our prisoners!!!!!!!!!
KBR had built the first 18 compounds but in the fall of 06 we started to build compounds 19 up. As for respect for the military we all know that we are pawns in the scheme of things and as for being a dumb fuck well we all joined for our own reasons mostly to help preserve the rights of our country but once your in they got you. By the way we didnt serve our country to be respected by anybody and if you think that then you are the dumb fuck.... dumb fuck.
lol I am a us citizen and you both think that people at home have respect for the military? lmfao get your shit together you dumb fucks, all the U.S soldiers are being used to take over the middle east. Now U.S is screwing up in the middle east almost all the U.S military are dieing, and if you think that the government will get more people in the military with a draft the government will have hell to pay.
Harsh treatment? I was the medic for compounds 6 and 7, the detainees always stated they got better medical care as detainees then they did on the outside. If they were mistreated it certainly was not by the army.
BULLLSH### I was there over 15 MONTHS STRAIGHT!!!!!We AMERICANS SPENT OVER 50 MILLION JUST TO OPEN IT AND IT WAS US THAT BUILT IT..NO KBR, NO CONTRACTORS..US!!!!!!!
