The stability of this world is in constant movement because everything is made of atoms and there of... to speak plainly for those that can understand it better.
We as humans on this earth are always going to see with our eyes and try and stretch our minds past what our eyes can see. With that "in mind"... we are always going to not be able to see past our nose. We are blind to what is actually out there and what is... Unless we can go there and come back. Thank you.

"Obviously he's just gibberishing about things"
*lol* That pretty much describes redlitrocket in general. I think he reads over his head too much, so he's perpetually lost in a cloud of terminology. He tends to "grayify" things, always taking the middle ground between all possible viewpoints, even when that makes no sense. The last conversation I had with him he was taking the middle ground between Creationism and Evolution.

This guy is totally unaware of the ideals of Ayn Rand (pronounced as 'mine') and Objectivism. Obviously he's just gibberishing about things and supposed "ideas" of Rand. That's what wrong with people who are totally ignorant of the subject of their criticism. People like this guys is the reason why we have this doubtful, stupid, and faint-hearted world (to borrow the words of Nikola Tesla). To the YouTube guy, you may reach me at fvdb(.)wordpress(.)com.

there is nothing mutually exclusive about "artistic" or "aesthetic" and rationality. I don't know why you attribute subjectivism with art, while rationality has none. And you make no logical argument or support for this claim that we are unable to make definitive statements about reality, or an objective reality.

Think her name is pronounced "Ann".
You have never conceived of objectivity. Objective means abstractions that are abstracted FROM reality - not unrealated to reality, but derived from it. You seem to think there is a world of abstraction and a world of concretes - very Plato-esque.

are the abstractions (words like truth, justice, objectivity) which are "abstracted" from reality mirrors of that reality? are they merely isomorphic? or does the language they are written in logically map the world of facts which exists "out there"?
My issue with objectivism is the implied dualism. I ask you these questions because I want to know if the objective truth lay in the abstractions or in the reality those abstractions are supposed to stand in for...
