A crack in recently formed lava on the delta's bench exposes a lava tube. Turn up the volume for this video and listen for groups of 6-8 low frequency pulses that occur due to steam cracking large hot rocks rolling into the ocean.

That....that is just totally brilliant. I'd love to get that close to lava *sulks* which isn't going to happen since I'm violently allergic to sulfur.
